¹For 12 years BTL ran 100% on Volunteer energy. Over that time we have grown — a lot! Since March 2025 we have been able to employ a Volunteer Coordinator for 1 day/week to oversee shift scheduling, volunteer recruitment, and volunteer support. With that new paid role in place, over 94% of hours contributed to our organisation are volunteer. Not bad!
